Do the Print's come with a certificate ?

of course, all prints come with a certificate of Authentication, containing details of the image and the artist or Photographer who produced the work, also with there signed name attached.

Will my Print have UV and other Protection from Surface Damage ?

Will my Image be Framed ?

We are Specialist dealer in limited edition prints by artists and Photographers, but can provide Framed prints as well as unframed prints.  All prints are reproduced with care and each one is signed by the artist or photographer then if you request we either ask what type of frame you had in mind or we will work out with the artist or photographer which type of frame they belive will work best with the print. In order to have your print framed it is necessary for you to contact sales first.

I have a Print I want to sell, can you sell it for me ?

If the print is of value, we will certainly act on your part to get you the best price for your investment. Contact us and we will discuss it with you.

Can I get a refund ?

there is a 30 day refund policy, this applies to damaged prints and we will only replace the damaged print after both the print and certificate are returned. A new print will be shipped as soon as those item's have been returned. We cannot change prints that you have bought and feel you no longer like, thats why it is important to make sure that the print you buy is the print for you.

If I am not happy with my order can I change it ?

As said above this is not posible, each print is limited and is not like an ordinary product. Make sure you are buying the print you want and are sure you want before purchase.

How long should I expect to wait for my Print to arrive ?

In general not too long perhaps one to two weeks.  As the prints are limited fine art prints and photographs we must get the artist and photographers to sign and number there work if this has not been already done so that may take a bit of time also the cert must be produced if this is not already done also,

What sort of Payment method's do you accept ?

We take credit card payments and check payments all options are outlined during check out so its fairly easy and secure

Is there a limited to the number of Prints I can buy of one Image ?

All the prints are limited in number except where stated, there is noting to stop you investing or buying all the prints of a certain number you are only limited by the number of prints of the image for sale.
